Australia: $10.00 flatrate
Internationally: $20.00 flatrate for less than 3 items.
With the increasing weight after this, an additional $10.00 will be added to shipping costs for each item after 3 items.
I have just received my order confirmation email, how long will my order take to be processed before it is shipped?
Please allow a maximum processing time of 3 business days before shipment. You will receive an email once your order has been sent.
This does not mean that all orders will take up to 3 business days to process, sometimes it may be faster. Please email email@example.com if you have a deadline which needs to be met and we will try our best get your order to you on time.
How long will shipping take?
Australia: Allow 1-4 days
International: Allow 7-21 days for standard shipping | 3-7 days for express shipping
After your order is shipped, the control of delivery is in the hands of Australia Post or a chosen courier so we cannot take responsibility for any delays.
Do you ship items Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via Australia Post. We ship with tracking though AusPost however if you would like your order through a courier such as DHL or FedEx additional charges apply.
Will I be charged for International Shipments from Australia?
This is dependant on the country. The customer is responsible for the shipping/duties/taxes/customs charges. Love Over All will take no responsibility for refused charges.
Do you offer refunds if i change my mind once I try on the item?
We offer full refunds provided that the item is returned within the 7 days of receiving, unworn and in original packaging.

How do I return an item for a different size?
Firstly email firstname.lastname@example.org with your exchange request so that we can ensure the size you want is in stock to fill the exchange. If we can do that, we will then give you an address to send your return to. Once we receive the return from you we will send the replacement size with a charge request for the additional shipping.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
If you believe you have received a faulty item we will offer a refund, replacement or repair only upon physical inspection, and in the case it is deemed faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or repair at our discretion.
Please email email@example.com as soon as possible if you believe you have received a faulty product so we can help you. Requests concerning any faults must be made within 30 days of receiving an order to ensure we can keep track of it.
