At Love Over All we accept exchanges for change of size or colour in the same style.
We understand that it may be hard to commit to a purchase online if you don't have the option of a refund if the item isn't right on you, so in these cases we will offer a refund within 7 days of receiving your item.
All exchanges and refunds must be returned unworn and in original packaging within 7 days of receiving, with accompanying email sent to email@example.com with your name and # order number alongside your exchange or refund request.
In the case of a refund, the cash amount returned will be soley the cost of the purchased product and not original shipping charge.
Shipping costs will be charged to the customer for all exchanges.
If you believe you have received a faulty product we will offer a refund, replacement or repair only upon physical inspection, and in the case it is deemed faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or repair at our discretion. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you believe you have received a faulty product so we can help you. Requests concerning any faults must be made within 30 days of receiving an order, after which date the request cannot be honoured.
